Talk about a team who has benefitted in rankings by not playing...Penn St.
currently ranked 7th (coaches) 8th (AP)...I get it, they were 11-2 last year, beat a good Memphis team in the bowl game. I think they return their QB Sean Clifford. But dang, a top 10 team right now without playing a down...wow.
