Absolutely the right move. You don't have Fitz to win now, you have him to play until Tua is ready and be a mentor
Everyone is acting like Miami is some contender. They're 3-3. They're the third best team in their division. Why would you wait to see what you have in Tua? If he's ready, let him play. You aren't doing yourselves any favors long term by playing Fitz.
