I am in Word but if I am on line, CB, Amazon, or church site, or to do banking, I can not use the separate number pad on the right of the keyboard. The "enter" key works but not the numbers. The numbers across the top of the key board will work but not the separate number key located on the light of the keyboard. I have tried 2 separate key boards and each respond the same.

I am completely baffled as to what could be the problem, especially since I have the same problem on 2 different key boards.

Yes, I have tried clicking the "num lock" with no results. I will type a two ....nothing...click "num lock" and type a two no numbers but it does move the curser to the end of this post.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
