Nintendo licenses wired controllers but I don't think they make any themselves. I could be wrong about that.
But I'd be a little surprised if you're getting lag from a wired controller, even if it's not made by Nintendo.
Actually, I think they make wired gamecube controllers, but I think that's it.

It was the 25 dollar cord one from target. It’s Nintendo one though.
