Because its a divisional game, shouldn't they cancel one of the cross-division
games instead?
Wisconsin plays Michigan and Nebraska plays PSU on 11/14. I would think the better move would be to reschedule Wisconsin-Nebraska for 11/14. That way, you get the divisional game in, that helps to determine the WEST division winner.
You could also move up Michigan-PSU to 11/14, which would give both Michigan and PSU an opening on 11/28, in case they need that week to make up (or schedule) another game, if needed.
