The only way off the field on the north side is the North West corner portal... but you can't get to the fieldhouse from there. They'll have to walk under the stands to the NE corner and exit there. Then cross the street on the corner.

I don't remember a door into the field house on that side (maybe there is one.. its been a few years).

But either way... its not a short walk. And it will be a cold walk in December 🙂
