It is perfectly reasonable that BYU would expect a guarantee rather than sign up to be on standby. 1 second of thinking about it would lead you to realize that’s what BYU’s hang up would be.

It is not “ducking a tough game” and it is not “hiding” nor is it “resistance” or “being hard to work with”. This is 100% on the Pac12. Once again, they have been shown to be bad faith actors and weasels.

We have decades of evidence that this is how the Pac12 schools operate and we, more than any other school and fanbase, should know this. Don’t be fooled.
