Financially, the difference in guaranteed money between #2 overall and say #15 is immense. In the 2020 draft, #2 overall got $35m+ guaranteed. #15 got $15m.

Obviously you want Zach to land in a good situation that will increase his odds of succeeding and then making money on the second contract, but going Top 5 in the Draft is a huge boon regardless.
