now chairs the CFP committee as Iowa’s AD, I can’t help but sympathize with many millennials and others I once complained about because of the distrust I feel toward this man. The same selfish traits millennials have been loathing for years in a lot of our older politicians and businessmen (those with power) are so apparent in the way he’s handled BYU. The dude is greedy, selfish, prejudice, dishonest, using his power to wield things in way that benefits his own while hurting others. And then he acts all smug about it while spewing out ridiculous excuses that aren’t remotely close to truth to justify his prejudices. Maybe I’m becoming woke, but I guess I can see the side some of these others feel at times about some members of our older generation and taking their power and doing selfish things with it.
