True. I read that the average QB rating in the NFL today is nearly identical to
Joe Montana's career rating.
QBs routinely get completion % around 70% today. That was unheard of in the 90s for example.
And someone like Favre would have to clean up his game today. No way anyone would be okay with 2 INTs a game some years.
