Anyone ever found hardware and locks for a pocket door that don't fail?

There is a reason barn doors have replaced pocket doors. They always fail

We used Cavilock hardware on several pocket doors. They are amazing, and expensive.

Yeah, the builders grade stuff is all garbage. I don’t regret these, and wish I had used their tracks too.
