Yes, I'm with you on all of that. Unfortunately I'm very familiar with this. It seems to hit me about once a year.
Most of the time babying it for a couple weeks does the trick, but one other time I had to go the PT route as well. I've done everything right the last month and it's still not making any progress whatsoever, so PT it is.
