but Yo had some truly special length which Lohner doesn't have. Strength-wise, Frosh Lohner is probably pretty close to where Childs was last season — I think the main difference is Lohner runs the floor quite a bit better. While Haarms isn't great at gathering boards, I think his disruption down there leads to boards on both ends for us.
The way Lohner, Haarms, George & Harward played against the Zags really makes me hope Pope can find a winning combination by season's end — to at least compete with those guys.
Losing Gavin & Lowell was a huge blow to this team's ceiling, though. Offensively, we really need a wing to step up. Johnson's been looking lost on offense for 3 games now, & some of that doesn't appear to be his fault. We need better ball movement & better ball handling.
