get what you want, but the base pigments have to come from a substance (a mineral or element usually) that has the natural characteristic of reflecting light in that specific spectrum. There are only so many sources of pure pigment and they have their own innate characteristics. This guy found a new mineral combination with its own unique set of characteristics and a different color of blue pigment that is apparently really pure.
