I was working in the ICU as an intern in 2007 in Grand Rapids Michigan and it was slow so I was watching the MSU Michigan game. This is the game when MSU was up on Michigan until Chad Henne threw a go ahead touchdown to Mario Manningham in the last seconds of the game to beat MSU. That was also the game when Mike Hart taunted MSU after the game saying that you let your little brother hold a lead until the end of the game and you take it away from them. Brutal.

Then a few minutes later I had to go admit a patient to the ICU. It was a guy who was a huge lifelong Michigan State fan. His wife told me that he was watching the game, saw the game winning touchdown and got up from his chair, walked a few steps and fell down. He had a massive heart attack and later died in the ICU. I always think about this guy. That seems like one of the worst ways to go, right after watching your alma mater lose in brutal fashion to its rival in the last second.
