2nd round loans. The last email I got said that sometime after the 19th PPP2 would open up for general businesses. Up until now it's been limited to a narrow band of businesses. The last email (came Friday) said they're still waiting for guidance from the SBA on how to document the required drop in revenue. Based on that I don't think PPP2 loans are open for general applications yet.
