I'd be hard pressed to tell him to turn down $3M a year (probably $12-15M guaranteed). I'd love for him to be here for a long time but if he keeps this up, those programs and that compensation will definitely be an option. Would you turn down a 3-5x pay increase to stay at BYU? I am sure some of you would.
