More than they're disagreeing or mocking you for thinking that he might be be better than Lawrence.
The former isn't happening unless Lawrence suffers some sort of major injury between now and the draft.
The latter could certainly end up being true - after all, the last time there was a 'generational' QB in the draft (Luck), the best QB was one who ended up being taken in the 3rd round (Russell Wilson).
