take a meat that needs to be cuddled for hours to be good, then have it sit there while you slice off it for 45 minutes and have it be good. It just doesn't work. So don't order brisket at R&R or elsewhere. They have a great burger (the one with blue cheese, forget the name) and good wings. Worth a try.
