Potential. Averette is good enough, but has to be smarter with the ball. He can hit open threes fair enough, but with his height and low release I don't think he's going to get open looks and won't be able to make contested threes. If he looks to create assists and reduce his bad drives where he throws up a wild layup, he can be a good contributor--one that we need.
Barcello I just love. Hopefully he can hot again with three pointers like the beginning of the season. We will need that as well. He seems to be playing at a very high level in other aspects.

I think the play of these two will be critical to whether we advance.
