I would say it depends on how much time you have for your vacation
Just 2 days? Disneyland for sure. You can hit pretty much everything in 2 days, and it's all so close that you can do both parks easily. If you have a full week, WDW for sure. There's more to do and it's spread out, so you can't do it all in just 2 or 3 days.
