One summer I worked for my brother's company doing surveillance
I'd sit in the back of a van within sight of the subject's house so I could see his/her comings and goings. Would start the day with a cooler containing some snacks, a sandwich or two, and some Gatorade bottles. Would end the day without the snacks or sandwiches, but the Gatorade bottles would still be full.
