Yeah, but even then you need to go through Uniswap or some other service. Buy ETH, send to wallet, link elsewhere, etc.

Buy Etherium in Coinbase --> Transfer to Coinbase Wallet --> Connect Uniswap to Coinbase Wallet to make the exchange
