I am not sure what you are implying. It seems to me that you are saying that
because it is common place, it is okay.
It should be called out and he should have to face the public over the language he clearly is comfortable with using.
Should he lose his job? No. I am not advocating that, but he deserves to be called out and being asked to address his actions.
