Closest call I had was about 20 years ago. Driving home in AF from a work dinner in SLC. When I was about 15 minutes from home, the 'gurgling' started and I figured I'd better speed it up.
Once off the freeway, I swear I hit every red light. I was literally doing a 'dance' in the drivers seat, lifting my tail end off the seat trying to relieve the pressure.
I must have come tearing around the corner of my street doing 25 mph, frantically punching the garage door opener to make sure there was no delay.
I sped up the driveway and literally slammed the brakes as I pulled into the garage, 'chirping' the tires as I came to a stop. The door to the car was halfway open already and I jumped out as soon as I turned it off. I actually left the car door slightly ajar.
HCBW was standing in the kitchen when I came running in. She started to ask me how dinner was, but only got half-way through the sentence before I cut her off by repeating, 'Nope. Nope. Nope.' and running right by her.
Had the classic struggle with the belt, button, and zipper as I was tearing at them in my panic. But hallelujah, I released the kracken just as I dropped trou.
About 5 minutes later, HCBW timidly knocked on the door and asked how I was.
"All good now HCBW. All good now."
