Anyone in mortgage trouble has already cashed in.

Many other markets barely have foreclosures. They expect between 200,000 - 500,000 homes to go into foreclosure. Those will get gobbled up. People don't know it but private equity is buying up entire neighborhoods to rent back to us.

I don't see prices dropping unless the dollar loses its status as the world currency of choice.
