Home prices in my neighborhood in Utah are selling more than
San Clemente California right now. My wife is determined to sell and move to a cheaper house a half mile from the beach.
We bought our home just 6 months ago and according to what is selling in my neighborhood we would already be able to sell at a price 100% more than what we bought for just 6 months ago.
Tempting but not sure I could handle moving back to California for their politics and high cost of living and tax increases.
