A kid whose family does not have the means to consistently provide for the kids basic needs, let alone provide for that kids' ability to break out of the cage of poverty. There are a lot of underprivileged kids out there.

If you’re comparing to the owners kids, it’s 99% of Utah. Otherwise I’d guess
