I’d recommend it even with the snow, but I’m not sure what your adventure level is.

After a snowfall like the past few days, anywhere in the canyons is likely to have plenty of snow. If that’s not so much your thing, you might consider a walk along the Provo Canyon paved trail at Bridal Veil Falls. It’s beautiful, but won’t give you issues.
