This was me too. About 20 hours...
After I got the shot I started getting symptoms. Within 4 hours I had full on body aches and chills just as bad as when I had COVID. By the next morning (about 8 hours later) my symptoms were completely gone.

Got 2nd Pfizer shot yesterday. Arm hurts, have headache, and am achy. Started last night. How long should I expect it
