So my wife is a Real Estate agent in Salt Lake County and made a solid offer for one of her clients on 15 year old condo. Offer included 11k over asking price, 4K over appraisal if appraisal came in low, $6k with 1k of that becoming hard money upon acceptance and tonight she got this from the listing agent, "...thank you so much for submitting an offer, I really appreciate it. Unfortunately my client did not receive an offer she felt comfortable in accepting. She will be cleaning up the property after the tenants vacate and will be placing it back on the market in May. Sorry it did not work out."

What are these sellers expecting. Those first time home buyers are having a difficult time getting into homes.
