I don’t believe the majority of drivers for the main thoroughfare going into the
Roundabout actually realize that there is a yield sign there meant to halt them to defer to others at the roundabout first.

How about the sign at Pioneer Crossing exit on I-15. You can turn left onto PC if there's a red light and no traffic.
