So, grandma is coming for graduation.... Most of the time, she's fine, BUT she definitely does get confused sometimes. And with the new Salt Lake Airport that is very new and different and large ... confusion is a real possibility.

Is there a "Silver Service" kind of option where like with kids there is kind of extra oversight?

I plan to ask for a gate pass, so I can be there to get her off the plane .... and it's non stop so probably hard for anything to go wrong ... but it would be nice to have the extra set of eyes and maybe even the hand off of "unaccompanied minor" kind of service.

It's not quite the same as 7 year old ... but a bit of extra service would be great, and worth a surcharge to me...
