Question about sleeping with a mouth guard.
My dentist keeps recommending because apparently I grind a lot in my sleep. But I really don’t like the idea of sleeping with one in my mouth. Is it as annoying as it sounds?

It’s annoying, you get used to it after a while. Definitely annoying at first.

Agree with this. However, after a while, I found it was definitely easier to sleep with it than without.

similar to my experience. I did not want to pay the $300 for the mouthguard

Tried those, but they are nothing like the dentist one

I am a dentist that wears one and recommends many. It does take a bit to get

I had not been to the dentist in a few years (I did brush and floss regularly)
