similar to my experience. I did not want to pay the $300 for the mouthguard
the dentist was offering.

I tried a $5 little league football mouth guard and that one was bulky and horrible. I could not even keep it in my mouth while sleeping. It would fall out.

But then I found some for about $20 just in the toothpaste section of my grocery store, and those have worked well for me.

I think my current one is called Doctor's Advance Night Guard for $15-20. Its a molded one (stick it in boiling water and then in your mouth to mold it)
