Population decline is a real thing.. just we won't see it's terrible affects
until the late 2070-2080 period. The US is not in as bad a place due to the ever-increasing Latin population.
Latin's are going to overtake whites in the US by 2050 as the majority culture. Whites will be a minority
if they don't increase the number of babies they are having.
