Not just because Haarms is likely a better player and the continuity that is lost, but because the replacement, whomever that ends up being, counts against the 13 scholarship limit while Haarms did not for next year.

Not so much an issue for next year but it will result in more kids having to move along after next year to accommodate the incoming RMs.
