The issue with their fries is that they are like sticks and they get cold too quickly.

Some people order them "well done," but I think that makes things even worse.

I order them “light,” which means they come out softer, closer to what you get at Five Guys. The fries are much better this way, and I've also found that they stay hot/warm longer as well.
