Was going to say Vancouver and NZ before I even clicked on your post
Otherwise, maybe Denver for a city and I don’t really know that I could pick another country because I don’t speak any other languages and I’ve been to the other English speaking countries I’d be interested in.

Cotswolds were nice, but not somewhere I'd live again. Brisbane/Gold Coast is probably on my city top 5 though.
