I'm thinking her husband may have seen it coming or thought that might've been the case when she went missing, since he initially declined the offer to organize a search party from a very well-known search group. He later agreed, and she was then located not too long afterward. Where she went to avoid being found is still unknown.

I had spoken to her Monday evening, and she did sound very worn out and frustrated with some of the projects we're working on. She had planned on retiring already this year, and those plans may now be moved up.
