I’d give the Lakers a 65% chance against the warriors in a play in game, which means that if they don’t get the 6 seed, there is a 35% chance we play them in round 1. That would spell a serious chance at a round 1 exit for the Jazz, which would be disastrous. I’d rather risk playing the Clippers in round 2 instead of the Nuggets, than have a 35% chance of playing the Lakers in round 1
