In five minutes I was supposed to peel and slice eight carrots, two zuccinies, peel and dice two thumbs of ginger, four cloves of garlic, finely slice six scallions (and set the whites in vinegar for pickling), and whip up a sauce with soy, sesame oil, sriracha and stir for 90 seconds to dissolve a bunch of sugar. And when I say slice the carrots, they wanted it with the carrot peeler--finely ground down in thin ribbons.
I know I am stupid in the kitchen, but five minutes was not enough.
