you to your apartment for free if you are one of the further apartments not right by campus. These are all much better options than parking for most students. Maybe they need more parking for visitors to BYU, but that's a different situation. Personally, I think they should utilize the big football stadium parking lot more and shuttle people around campus like Utah State does, which works great. The shuttle comes every 10 minutes or so and just loops around campus and is more convenient than trying to find parking at USU's campus---just park at the stadium and ride for free.

Parking is super ugly so I think it's best to explore other options for efficiently getting folks where they need to first and create parking when necessary, maybe underground like the one they already have
