My older car needs some big repairs and I had decided it was time to get rid of the old car and get a new (or new to me)
car. But after researching new and used cars over the weekend, I've decided to just pay to fix the older car and push off a new car purchase for another year or two. The new and used car market is crazy right now and I just don't feel like hassling with buying another car at the moment.

Also, there aren't any car models right now that I really want to buy. Maybe the electric car market will mature in the next couple of years.

I hope the older car will hang in there for a while now that I'm paying to fix it.
