What is considered a starter a starter home anymore. Prices are crazy but what
People set as their criteria for a starter home seems to have changed significantly as well. A starter home for me was 3 bed 2 bath 1500-1700 sq ft, but I see a lot of people my age looking in the 4 bed 2000+ sq ft range to start off.
