Its redundant and unprofessional. If someone is giving you a resume, obviously
they are ready to work. And its no different than using slang on a professional document.
I'd still probably see if the rest of the resume checks out. If their whole purpose in putting that on there is to "stand out" from the rest of the resumes, well, then good job, it did.
