other schools to deem actions by schools like UT and OU to be withdrawals. I think this was the reason the other schools met last night--to determine whether to count UT's and OU's actions as withdrawals and seek to enforce the buyout and other provisions. And it sounds like the answer for now is they just want clarification from UT and OU.
