It doesn't have to be a easy shot, or even a viable shot that could reasonably happen. BUT there has to be a path for everyone OR ELSE there are lawsuits and protests and stuff like that.

SO it's only symbolic at best.... but I DO think they have to have such a clause....

NOW, maybe it's just Elite 3 with 2 autobids each, and 1 bid to the highest ranked of all other conferences (BigXII leftovers, AAC, PAC-12, MWC, MAC, CUSA, etc.) and 1 At Large....

That is alot like the current NY6 set up...
