12 team playoff with the top 4 getting a bye + home field adv in their game 1
Downside of bowl games I are that you lose a bunch of ticket sales, especially for multi-round playoffs.
I’d rather have one team get home field advantage, get an allotment of up to 20k tickets and get a ~$2M cut of ticket sales
