There hasn’t been such a thing, since 2014 but yes they still have a seat.
They are autonomous. That cannot be revoked. The not only have a seat at the CFP table but also at the NCAA Council. In both cases, their votes are weighted in their favor.
They still , like the other A5, receive 14.5% of the net CFP revenue.
Nothing changes that bless they cease to exist.
